Why collaboration rules!
As I write below, people have different tastes. And while for most matters in life - music, fashion, internet browsers - those preferences are trivial, others can be very important - especially when they concern health and wellbeing.
One of the books I feature his week shows the perils of people not being willing to see outside their beliefs - while another shows the power in coming together and embracing collaboration.
I know it may be difficult sometimes, but I believe we can all make the right choice! Happy reading!
🚨 I don’t like ice cream 😱
I don’t like ice cream. Or other super cold foods and drinks.
Recently I went to a café and as the blistering sun shined, I ordered a coffee. The waitress assumed I’d like it cold, like a Frappuccino. When I replied I wanted it hot, her eyes went wide in surprise before she went to get my order.
I picked up reading about investing again, and immediately fell down the rabbit hole of internet people suggesting stocks and ETFs. I then asked a trader friend of mine about advice, and he gave me his opinion. That’s when I remembered the hot coffee story.
We should all take advice from those with more experience - after all, this is how we learn. But applying that advice to your finances, business, health, etc. should always be tailored to our circumstances.
Don’t be afraid to turn down advice - even from good friends - or be the person with the hot drink in the middle of summer. It’s ok to not like ice cream!

This book tells his story and how he fought against the spread of medical misinformation and anti-science aggression, promoted not only by angry aunties on Facebook, but by governments and authoritarian leaders. It also dives into the larger picture of how health propaganda from those who denounce science for their own benefit not only puts millions of lives at risk, but degrades the selfless work of countless scientists around the world.
